It is very rare to find a leader who has moral values that are followed to the latter. My team leader was never up right for a few years. He was a very lazy man and if he did not have me in his team, then he would have been fired by now. A few years ago we were working on finishing an ad campaign. He was really slow at it and I did all the heavy work. The day of presenting the work he did not even say that I played a big role in the making of that ad. He got all the praise that he wanted and this annoyed me. He was supposed to follow up with the ad details and since he was not instrumental, he got caught. He was made to go to leadership training. He was also put on probation for a few months and that taught him a huge lesson. I was made the team leader and whenever we finished a project I always sited all the team members because we worked as a team.
