It is very rare to find a leader who has moral values that are followed to the latter. My team leader was never up right for a few years. He was a very lazy man and if he did not have me in his team, then he would have been fired by now. A few years ago we were working on finishing an ad campaign. He was really slow at it and I did all the heavy work. The day of presenting the work he did not even say that I played a big role in the making of that ad. He got all the praise that he wanted and this annoyed me. He was supposed to follow up with the ad details and since he was not instrumental, he got caught. He was made to go to leadership training. He was also put on probation for a few months and that taught him a huge lesson. I was made the team leader and whenever we finished a project I always sited all the team members because we worked as a team. |

My friends and I are planning a very nice mothers day for our mothers. We happen to have mothers who are very adventurous. They have not done anything crazy since they got us. we always see pictures of them bungee jumping, and even rock climbing and they have not done so ever since. so this mothers day we want to give them that because we know that they miss those days where they did not have to make their decisions that would suit their children rather than the. so we chose the faultless pamper gifts for mothers day. we hired those balloon rides that can hold three people. The six of us wanted our mothers to go for a balloon ride in two huge balloons and also enjoy their best champagne. it was a surprise for them and our fathers chipped in making it a perfect surprise for them. it was a good day because they were very shocked. at first there was a little resistance but with time they went in the balloons and had the times of their lives once more |

Human beings are people who dont understand everything, People understand more if taught and through research from the internet. Still in class, teachers don’t give out all the information but gives out hints and tips and the rest students will research on their own. There are many ways to do research of something new or people. Some use books in different libraries and internet where a person gets all the details of something new to them. I met a friend who was asking what is sports psychology. Its professional person learns more on behavior of a person together with the attitude towards each other. These are people who are educated on how to read mind of people on what they are thinking about. Sports need this people because with them they are taught of how to be responsible people when playing games. They are like doctors since they can see the weakness of a person and tell about it to them and how they are supposed to do about the issue. People should be proud to have them since they will not regret on decision making together with their plans. |

I have always wanted what is best for my son. In high school, my son loved to swim so much, and whenever he asked me to enroll him to a competition, I did it whole heartedly. I even hired a sports psychologist for him, to train him on the psychology of swimming as a sport. He was doing very well in the sport and he was even awarded as the best youngest swimmer in the whole country. He grew up participation in all school and community activities that involved sports and more so swimming. I was very proud of him. After college, he got a job immediately as a sport mentor in the sports ministry of our country where he works to date. He has written so many books pertaining to sports, especially the young sport talent. He urges parents and guardians to give a conducive environment to their children in order for them to develop their talents. I am so happy I gave him that chance when he was little because I do not know what I would do with a sad child, who is doing what he does not enjoy. |

One of my favorite pastimes in the summer is to go fishing with my friend, Eric. We never really expect to catch much of anything - although carp fishing tackle is some of the best a fisherman can buy. In all honesty, we tend to be a bit startled whenever one of us reels in the line and there's a fish on the hook - as no matter how good the tackle, you still need skill to catch a fish. For us, fishing is more of an excuse to get away from our desks for an evening and head out into the open air. We are both historians, so we try to pretend to get medieval with our fishing, even though we do use modern rods and all. But we do grab a bottle of wine, some bread and some cheese. We'll sit out by a pond, toss in our lines and argue whether it would be more fun to live in medieval times or the industrial age. Finally, if we do catch something, we realize that we prefer living in modern times where we can purchase our fish already cleaned. These nights, we inevitably take the fish home and let his wife take care of the cleaning, gutting and all the dirty business involved with catching a fish. Though to say thanks to her, we do always take care of the cooking. |
