The ease unto which people become victims of PayPal fraud

People who are fond of committing fraud to customers of eBay have realized that they are getting caught and they are using another way to scam people. I have been through this and I was very close to losing all my savings because of one simple mistake. eBay is a safe site, and its collaboration with PayPal makes it even safer for many people. PayPal pride themselves for ensuring safety of their clients. These people who like to carry out fraud use PayPal to steal customers money. I remember this one time I was trying to buy something online and whenever I paid for the good, the transaction would not go through. I thought that I had PayPal issues but the thing was that that item was already bought and that is why I could not buy it too. Then I got an email telling me my account was what was giving me problems and that I attach my financial details and that the problem would be solved. That is how PayPal Fraud happens and if I had not gotten an email explaining why my transactions were going through. Then I would have fallen victim to the fraud.
